I’ve been an Acme customer for three years, and I still remember the first time the onboarding made me smile. That’s the bar I try to hit in my own work.
A few things that might be relevant for the Staff Product Designer role:
- I led design for Loom’s AI Edit, taking it from a hack-week demo to nine million edited videos a quarter.
- I write the motion guidelines other teams copy, and I’m happy in code when the prototype needs it.
- I’ve grown two design teams from one to five without losing the craft bar.
